Relations with organizations

• consider partnership tiers: based on budget, number of employees, non profit status
• or simply make it easier to join by allowing payment in kind (including "exposure")
• add "corporate members get a blog post about what they do with OSM
• also make a category of blog posts of category "organizations that work with OSM.be" for orgs that are NOT a member as well
