Alert System

Problem

As a user, I would like it if the app would alert me in a notification center when there are specific events occurring. I would like to be able to specify which events/conditions I receive notifications for.

Solution

In the profile tab, we can implement alert settings defined by the user for specific events and conditions. The alerts will show up as a badge in a notifications dropdown on the nav bar. The dropdown will show the newest events since the last time the dropdown was opened.
