Request: Include Timestream to localstack.Service

Context:
As of today, Timestream is not included in one of the localstack services on gnomock, and therefore not possible, as far as I know, to test AWS Timestream development. Do you have any plans to include it on gnomock?

Hi, as far as I see this is a Localstack Pro feature, I'm not sure it is possible to use it with localstack community edition.

I've never used localstack pro, so I'm not sure if it's a separate docker image or whatever... If you have the license, would you like to create a new localstack pro preset that will include all the premium services? Or make the existing preset support pro version?
