How to avoid multiple deployments using Turborepo and Vercel on multiple apps?

Question

I have a simple Turborepo setup with /apps/web and /apps/cms. I have 2 projects on Vercel for these two apps. The problem now is that if I make a modification on the web app it also trigger a deployment for the cms.

Is there a way to set things up to avoid triggering multiple deploy? Should we use multiple branches?
