Step 3 is not updating into step 4

Following step 3 instructions in https://github.com/th-ms-programming/skills-copilot-codespaces-vscode, I've now waited over an hour when the file specifies taking about 1 minute to update.

Other posts I read on this issue seem to mention a branch that isn't referenced anywhere in the README instruction files and therefore seem not applicable. What is wrong?

EDIT: Fixed it.
Fixed it. Fix was manually going into "Github actions" for the repo and executing step 3's workflow, as it never ran on its own.

There might have been an incident with GitHub Actions although no records are found in the GitHub Status Incident History.

Repinging on this, as there might still be one going - it still has not updated despite having followed all of the steps as of 11AM PST today
