Is Python 11 supported by PyInstaller 5?

When I run pip install PyInstaller 5.11 with Python 3.11.7, I get an error:

However, this issue seems to suggest it should be supported.

Python 3.11 should be supported since 5.5/5.6.

I think you want pip install pyinstaller==5.11. You're trying to install a package called 5.11.0.
