Sort 'Published Ports' column before display

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The 'Published Ports' column in the 'Containers' page is not a sorted list, meaning it's hard to "train" yourself/poor UX to click those shortcut links frequently.

Consistent sort (probably by exposed port, smallest to largest) applied before page is rendered.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Putting the exposed ports within a sub-table might work? The list is nice in terms of space usage, but not the most usable/readable for interactions.

I've always found this feature interesting for containers that expose a short number of ports. When exposing 5+ ports it become hard to use and can cause issue with the datatable display.

We'd accept any suggestions regarding a better UX for this. A sub-table like the task sub-table in the services list could be an idea.

Maybe a table of the first N ports (by whatever sort), then if there are more than that exposed, a link to the 'Container Details' block (with those links then clickable?).
The 'Containers' table looks... okay with a long list of ports, but that could definitely get unwieldy:

But making the port configuration in 'Container Details' a table that matches the rest of the page better might be a good move (and easy to add links). Adding an anchor to go directly to the configuration details, or even specifically the port configuration, should be doable (I haven't looked at how Portainer creates pages, so I don't really know)
