[Feature request] Reflect resource limitations in stats overview

This is a follow up feature request to #516.

Once resource limitations have been added to portainer (specifically read access to the limitations), it would be nice if the container stats overview would reflect and include those limitations.

For memory usage this should already be possible, if the stats are read using the docker stats command (but might require additional parsing of the retrieved data).
