Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
We succeeded to deploy Portainer in docker and init the admin password by a CLI flag --admin-password.
However, we cannot find a way (either by Docker env variables or by CLI flags, or even API) to configure OAuth2 without using the web console.
Describe the solution you'd like
In my imagination, configuring OAuth2 could be done by Docker environment variables, just like many other software is doing, for example, MINIO (reference can be found here)
Describe alternatives you've considered
by CLI flags
However, this will make the docker “command” part long and not friendly for reading
