Issue installing polyaxon python client urllib3.exceptions.ProtocolError: OSError

I’m receiving the following error recently, but it only occurs when I use a VPN, if I’m in the office I don’t get this issue.
Has anyone received similar or have any clues on what might be the problem?

Sometimes the CA bundle is not up-to date and needs to be installed manually, especially if it's a new Python version. Please run the following commands:

cd /Applications/Python\ 3.8/

then

./Install\ Certificates.command
