Feature request: Refined tilt-series alignment and tomogram after per-particle refinement

Hello,

It would be useful for visualization, segmentation, and publication purposes to use the per-particle refinement coordinates for producing a refined tilt-series and corresponding tomogram reconstruction. Could this be implemented?
