MQTT config missing from the config menu

So, a weird thing i see, is that in the Module configuration section, there is no MQTT, it just starts with Serial, Web App and the Python CLI show the options, but not the app

I didn't do this as an issue, because im not sure if im doing something wrong

EDIT: Things like disabling WiFi, or enabling the proxy to client option do make it appear, but otherwise, it's not here, also role is client on a heltec v3
