feat: playground "save as prompt" -> include model config

If a prompt is saved from the playground, it would be helpful if the prompt config field would be populated with the model parameters used in the playground.

This is a great idea, depends on prompts actually versioning model selection and configuration as we will also want to add loading these back into the playground and thereby will establish a schema for how this will be saved in metadata.

I'd suggest to hold off from implementing this before we have some native field to store model selection/configuration.
