Enforce Zero Trust Client Config

Summary

Allow admins to enforce configuration of the zero trust client apps. (Android, iOS, cli, etc.)

Motivation

Currently a user is able to change the config of the client app at will, also there is no way to have a default config for an organization. Having a private DNS resolver for internal domains requires adjustments to the settings.

Being able to enforce these settings as an admin not only removes the need for manual config on the end device, it also ensures the config is correctly setup for cases like previously mentioned.

Proposed Solution

Add a central place to set and enforce client settings to the admin page.
