Web monorepo split into single repositories

The split of the web monorepo is making progress.
From now on, the web repository is considered frozen.

New pull request should instead be targeted at the new core and components repositories

If you intend to work on issues from the Web repo, make sure to transfer them first to the new repository as this step is still in progress.
