New repository secret issue

Hi all,
I have an issue when I try establish an API connection with weatherbit data. More specifically, i update the "New repository key" and i press update button and finally I run the workflow. The result is that the API is failing and the reason is that the repository key is missing. When i check the "Secrets and Variables" -- "Actions" then actions secrets is empty.
My key is a json file from Google Cloud. I have tested also to create Test repositories(e.g. typing "hello-world") but the secret is disappeared.
Can someone help me what is wrong with that? Many thanks in advance for your help.
