Second Rate Exceeded #141395
-
Select Topic AreaWhat is causing the ERROR "You have exceeded a secondary rate limit." BodyI went to search GITHUB while not logged in and I get the ERROR (this happens 100% of the time in Incognito mode too). If I'm logged in, this error doesn't occur. But it happens after a single search request (while not logged in).
What do I need to do? to fix the issue? I only have Discord and Chrome open. I've tested while connected to VPN (and while not connected to VPN). |

Having the same problem as others mention here, started for no particular reason. I am not behind a vpn. If I try to search from the Github search bar, same thing. If I search from my favorite search engine and click on the link, no problem. |

Same problem here. No VPN, and it only happens from the github search bar and not clicking a link from a search engine. Also only happens when signed out. |

Does anyone here know a workaround for this? |

Same issue here. It happened to me just now, and also happened a few months ago, so this problem has been there for awhile. I'm using Safari on a Mac. |
