Reintroduce brilliant glass in BT bracket

Since it has a 20h cooldown and mostly drops rare quality gems works as a catch up for a bracket with epic gems already, imo introducing brilliant glass at SWP it's an absurdity, everyone is going to be swimming in gems by that time with CC content pace.
Just asking for some love for jewelcrafters, blacksmiths and even engineers had their benefit
