Reason for the Suggestion:
Several unofficial WhatsApp APIs, such as the Evolution API, offer the functionality to edit sent messages after sending, which can be extremely useful for correcting errors or updating information in sent messages, without generating duplicates or new messages in the chat.
Currently, Chatwoot does not natively support editing messages via API. This suggestion aims to propose the addition of this functionality, allowing Chatwoot users to integrate their instances with unofficial WhatsApp APIs that have this capability.
