Add Proper Documentation of each repository.

Code Contribution Proposal

I am a new contributor, Being a new contributor I feel there is a lack of proper documentation of each repo we have Brower and Web repo both seem the same as per standard terms. But there is a different repository. I am thinking to propose documentation having information regarding all the repo.?

1. What a particular repo is all about.?
2. Domain-wise proper repository structure like with Mob domain we have mobile repo etc.

Could you please explain a bit further what you mean? The different repositories, server, clients and mobile have both descriptions and Readmes describing what the repositories contains. We also have the contributing docs on a separate website with more in-depth information, https://contributing.bitwarden.com/.
