Problem with building apertium-html-tools

I've followed the development instructions. However, when running yarn build i get the output:

Any help would be appreciated

Did you run yarn install --dev?

I think i did, but i restored a snapshot i took before starting the download. This time i made sure to run yarn install --dev, but when i run yarn build i get the output:

UPDATE:
i solved the problem by installing git, then running git add ., and git commit -m After this i could successfully run yarn build

The error is pretty clear: Install git. I guess the instructions assume you'd have git, given that it is a git repo.

For comparison, https://github.com/apertium/apertium-html-tools/blob/master/Dockerfile builds correctly. It's pretty simple.
