Hide "Includes paid promotion"

This notification appears at the beginning of many videos:

It sticks around far too long and it's kind of annoying so an option to disable it would be nice. Kind of useless anyways since we have sponsorblock. I'm not sure if this only occurs in specific regions.

If not there then there's also some relevant code at com.google.android.apps.youtube.embeddedplayer.service.ui.overlays.paidcontentoverlay, but the location named above seems to be the only place where a 10 second constant is defined

Upon further digging that same value gets set in a loose class as well, not sure if that will interfere. The class can be found with egrep -ril 'paid.+?overlay' | xargs grep -n "0x2710"

I did some hooking, its a litho component 🤢 (so it cant be in PipPaidProductBadgeOverlay or zav)
Welcome in the boat of postponed patches because no one figured out how to deal with them yet

Added with commit a27ec45. Promotions overlay is now hidden by default by the integrations.
