Ability to change app language

Normally Youtube only allows the app language to be changed if you change the entire OS language which is not ideal.

This is a very good idea, especially because some videos Only show in search queries when the app is set to a certain language.

Edit: This is why apps like Alltrans aren't a good solution for this problem since they don't actually change the language flag of YouTube.
