Account/Security concern for using ReVanced Google Photos

Hi! I would like to know if using Google Photos ReVanced will get my account banned or not. Does it depend on the usage? I would like a technical explanation as well as a simple answer.

When you use the Revanced GPhotos, it simply thinks that you are using another phone, in this case a Google Pixel XL. That's not illegal or a violation of Google's terms of use, so you should be fine.
