While exploring the IHR website, I noticed that having some form of guidance could enhance the user experience. Would you be open to the idea of adding an AI chatbot to assist users? Implementing an AI-powered chatbot could enhance the user experience by providing real-time assistance, answering queries, and directing users to relevant sections of the website.

Hello,
The IHR website is a monitoring web interface that contains a lot of charts, which can be easily understood by someone with a networking background. Given this, I do not believe that there is a need for an AI chatbot to assist users in finding information on the website. There are already report pages that explain IHR's data to users.

For mining information from IHR's IYP, there is already a research project that utilizes AI to help users retrieve the corresponding data they need for analysis.
