No obvious link to Sofa

reading the standalone application page, it wasn't clear when scanning though where to find the "standalone application".

Surely there should be a big box, saying "download sofa here", instead of just a [reference to it in the text](https://github.com/oreilly/couchdb-guide/blob/gh-pages/editions/1/en/standalone.html#L27)?
