[VC][CSM] Implement/Model possibility to open LM hatch from CSM

To open the LM hatch, user is forced to do it from the LM instead of from the tunnel, because manipulators are not visible, thus clickspots cannot be identified.
Maybe requires that the tunnel lights properly work, by adding internal cockpit lighting.
