One button feedback

The UI should have a very quick way to send feedback to the developers.

Ideally there's a button always visible in the UI which by clicking opens a form to enter feedback. This should be completely anonymous (but can leave a name if wanted).

How exactly to do this is TBD.

Maybe a first iteration could be to just open up the new issue link on Github, rather than coding a form and the form logic? (https://github.com/haadcode/orbit/issues/new)

I believe you have to be registered and signed in to Github in order to file a new issue. The solution, however simple, needs to work without any account/registration.
