oci os content-type parameter documentation fix

Over 7 years ago a change has been introduced to add an auto option on the content-type parameter but this has so far not been added to the docs that show up at https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/tools/oci-cli/latest/oci_cli_docs/cmdref/os/object/put.html#cmdoption-content-type

I'll add a pull request with a proposed change to amend the doc.

I've not found a documentation on how to build the documentation; if you have that somewhere please point me to it; if that doesn't exist, maybe you can help me on how to build it and I'll document it?

Also related to this; is there any reason why this behavior of "auto" mode has not been made the default? If that would be worth a consideration I can also amend this fix with a code change to make auto the default.
