Oracle Database / Changing the port

Hello,
Can you confirm how to change the default port 1521,
I changed the port in the OracleDatabase/SingleInstance/dockerfiles/19.3.0/Dockerfile and also the /OracleDatabase/SingleInstance/dockerfiles/19.3.0/createDB.sh but... then I was not able to access anymore the database through it SID (even on docket -it)

There error message I receive with the port changed
SQL> CONNECT sys/Oracle4System@ORCLCDB AS sysdba;
ERROR:
ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect
descriptor
