Under the Install Cycle in README.md:

  • cd /proj/ops-trust/library, and:
    • 'psql -h ... ops-trust < sysadmins.psql'
    • 'psql -h ... ops-trust < main-tg.psql'

Perhaps this should be just schema.psql?

PROBABLY the case is that the 'sysadmin' stuff AND main stuff should be
editted by the installer prior to install :)

since I bet this has credentials for 'actual sysadmin' people in it ;(
