I have drafted a GSoC proposal for project idea 4.1: Code Coverage Support and Enforcement.
I would greatly appreciate if I could get a review the proposal, specifically up to the Section-1 of 3.2: HOW and provide any comments or suggestions.

Unfortunately, the time spent navigating coverage reporting has led to a delayed submission as we near the deadline.
