Granting Access to Contribution Links

Is it appropriate to grant anyone access to our contribution files?

I personally find it quite confusing to keep track of whom to grant access🥲

Thank you for this question. Please give general access: "Anyone with the link can view" on ALL your documents, files and subfolders.
