Hi all! Just some ideas based on my experience creating annual reports:
Finances page: Explaining how much money came in and where it was spent
Focus on impact: the 2023 report had many pages about Oppia's mission and the challenges we're trying to solve. If the purpose of the report is to celebrate achievements and inspire further progress, I think it'd be better to use this space to highlight stories from people impacted (we only had a few testimonials - imagine how great it'd be to have longer stories with photos!)
From the production side, I think it should be decided early on who is owning what part of the process (writing, editing, designing, etc.) The editing process for the 2023 process has been a bit confusing on my end, so I think it'd be helpful to have 1. clear expectations from each team and 2. solid deadlines.
