Functional requirements:

• Allow to chose a country or a region
• Allow a path to specify the ZIM location
• We should be able to set ZIM Metadata on the command line
• Choose the level of depth
• Provide (ZIM) suggestions over locations available on the map

Non-functional requirements:

• command line tool
• Fully available in one container
• Should be able to run in the Zimfarm
