Installers - corrected vnode handling

Temporarily change istty

To assist with ReactOS we will change istty(). It now
fails to detect tty in git's bash shell, but works as
expected in Windows console.

Pre release 0.05

Fix file-pools, and unmount bugs, add 32bit build.

Use the -test.zip versions! They contain a different INF, which seems to make installing the driver better

The Installer.exe is a test, seems to fail to install INF (but you can do manually afterwards).
