First there was error in Torch versions. So I changed requirement.txt to:

torch==2.0.1; sys_platform == 'darwin'
torch==2.0.1+cpu; sys_platform == 'linux' or platform_system == 'Windows'
torchvision==0.15.2; sys_platform == 'darwin'
torchvision==0.15.2+cpu; sys_platform == 'linux' or platform_system == 'Windows'

Than, there is a compilation error in matplotlib:

A downgrade of python from 3.11 to 3.10 solves the problem.
