3. Chinese Traditional → Bopomofo or Plain Bopomofo

Observe "Keyboard layout not available" under the options list.

(Also, if already added as an option, Bopomofo does not show a keyboard layout on the right pane when selected. In fact, the built-in Zhuyin - Traditional IME can display settings right in that pane, which be nice to have if possible.)

Unfortunately I'm not sure how this is supposed to work given the usual dearth of documentation. I think we should drop an appropriate file in /Library/Keyboard Layouts or something. Just filing this for posterity.

An added complication might be that McBopomofo presents as a single IME with keyboard layout as a setting, instead of as multiple IMEs.

Ukelele is a tool that helps create keyboard layouts. Dunno if actually related to this issue.
