The user working on the plans a8fbf850-0bff-47e7-ad8b-177c33aebc97 synced data successfully from their device. See the DB here. However the case confirmation task on the canopy DB has a Not Completed status. See the query results here. Assist in checking if this data got to the OpenSRP DB.
