User experiencing challenges logging onto android app

An exisiting user that tried to log into the andorid app is getting an error ' error while processing location hierarchy. Disconnect to download the location hierarchy' Once they disconnect, uninstall and resinstall the app, they are able to load to the location hierachy.

Acceptance criteria

• An existing user, when they log into their app should not be logged out.
• Location hierarchy should load based on their team assignment.
• They should be able to load all the service points based on their assignments.
