  • If {fever_still} = "No" in the Malaria Follow up visit form: The record will be removed from the malaria register
  • If no follow-up visit or {fever_still} = "Yes" in the Malaria Follow up visit form and no referral has been done 15 days after {malaria_test_date} on a client in the malaria register, the record will be removed from the malaria register

Note: I removed the portion about removing a client who has been referred. I have added as an issue (#36 ) which can be addressed later when we add the referral component.

QA March 18:

  • the record will be removed from the malaria register if no referral has been done 15 days after {malaria_test_date} on a client in the malaria register
