When a person selects a community responder, a pop-up window will appear.
First Row of Text: {resp[1-7]_name}
Second Row of Text: {resp[1-7]_number}
When you hit the pop-up, it will take the number and open it up in the Android phone dialer widget enabling the user to call the community responder (similarly to the FAB call feature)
