  • ANC and PNC Referrals timeout after 24 hours after the form is completed
  • Malaria, Sick Child, Family Planning referrals send a notification at 3 days if the referral is not yet marked as done. Please find the content in the data dictionary, Tab - CHW Notifications
  • Malaria, Sick Child, Family Planning timeout after 7 days. A notification is sent to the CHW if the referral is not successful. Please find the contente in the data dictionary, Tab - CHW Notifications
  • TB referrals will timeout after 3 days after the appointment date @cozej4 Please confirm
  • HIV referrals will timeout after 7 days after the appointment date @cozej4 Please confirm

@msschroeder I can confirm that the timeouts for TB and HIV are correct.
These is an issue with Malaria referrals, in our use-case we also had malaria referrals and their timeouts per project and country policy is supposed to be 24 hours.

@cozej4 Unfortunately, Jhpiego has said that they would like to have it be as it is. So, I was wondering if there is a way that we can do it two different ways? Do you by chance have the country regulation for the malaria referrals?

@msschroeder I have communicated with Mariam, and she has informed me this information was shared by our IP and they did not provide the documentation of the country policy. This was just mentioned during requirement gathering phase.

She has advised we could go with Jhpiego's suggestions and if there are any changes this will come from the IPs or the government as we move forward.

@msschroeder I have received communication to change the Malaria timeouts days back to 24 hours. I just need your confirmation on this change.
