All Family Planning forms are not in Swahili

Issue

Family Planning Initiation Form is not in Swahili.

To replicate

1. Change to Kiswahili
2. Go to All Families profile
3. Go to the a profile of a person of reproductive age (i.e. Man - 19 years)
4. Start the form Usajili wa Uzazi wa Mpango
5. Form is in English

@msschroeder The swahili forms for family planning Initiation and change method for both male and female FP are missing. They need to be added.

@msschroeder We have checked and the branch that was not merged has the swahili forms, so once that is merged the forms will be added to the app

The FP choice on the Family Planning register page is in English
i.e the FP choice just below the Name and age of clients and on top of the location

1. Last question in the Family Planning Initiation - Was the person referred? Choice options are in English
