[Che]Provide Apache Camel completion using Apache Camel Language Server

The Apache Camel Language Server is available here https://github.com/lhein/camel-language-server

it will be useful for Red Hat JBoss Fuse and Apache Camel projects.

The Apache Camel Language Server is providing completion for a specific xml attribute. It will then be very useful to have an XML LSP also available, see #1193
