be cautious of mixing clon=0 and lonsys=360 #1

For you ISIS Map Template I notice you are mixing. I would recommend using either

if using lonsys=180 set clon=0 (recommended)
if using lonsys=360 set clon=180
or local center longitude based on the area of interest.
