当在某个站点的网络资源设置IP网段掩码少于14无法在另外一端生效，例如A站点设置10.0.0.0/14，在B站点可以看路由表是生效的，当A站点设置10.0.0.0/13或者更大的掩码如10.0.0.0/8，在B站点可以看路由表不生效
