We need to include models that are not time evolving, what about integrative assessment models?
Should we define what a model is ? There is no set definition of a model. A model can have more than one implementation. It can be a set of equations on paper or it can be a computation.
One interoperability standard may need to be a definition of a model or a classification of different types of models.
There should be different levels of interoperability. They may need to use the same ontology or they may be interoperable on a computational level.
There are issues with making models interoperable that may lead to their misuse.
