custom options can not import with order

i new to opealab,i try to import orders from magento to openerp7.
it worked but the custom options make by customer can not be import,this function is necessary for me.
any one can help or other method to do,thanks

@howlongtheroad the custom options import is tricky and we do not consider it stable enough to be included in the core connector. There is sadly no one size fits all solution for custom options.

Is the configuration product can solve my problem? Is the openlab support configuration product and import the necessary info in order?
