BD usually means weekdays excluding PH

The Last Business Day of the month was requested by users. We had real examples in OpenStreetMap: "The Last Business Day of the month 9:00-14:00" (Russian)

Notes:

  • country-specific details, as usual: what is the Working week?

Questions:

  • Not sure if recurrence other than month make sense.

The keyword BD itself is new to me. I saw BH for bank holiday. Either way, non of them are defined/specified yet. I would suggest that you start with a proposal before working on the implementation 😉

@ypid, BH is a PH specific to UK/Ireland (and others) according to Wikipedia 1

BD excludes all PH in given country (in Ireland, UK this would mean BH) - depending on country - there are different holidays 2.

Either way, non of them are defined/specified yet

I can see several uses of BH in database and very clear user request about first/last busines day (monthly)

I would suggest that you start with a proposal

Well I simply stumbled upon this and left it as reminder; I don't mind if other users create an actual proposal for this. To me, Wikipedia pages tell the most about each topic.
